Tasting Notes,
Nose: Ripe peach up front followed by a blend of cooked orchard fruits, notably poached pear.
Palate: Light cherry mingles with spring apples underpinning a slight acidity. Well balanced peach notes shine through a lengthy finish, finely textured and capped with a touch of pepper.
