Part of the Millésimes Collection, composed entirely of eaux-de-vie from the 1973 harvest. Distilled using a traditional continuous alembic still and matured in Gascony oak barrels. Blend includes Baco, Colombard, Folle Blanche, and Ugni Blanc grapes. Nose of gum, coffee bean, vanilla extract, nut butter, dark caramel, and molasses. Succulent and sweet on the palate with flavors of dark caramel, honey, old oak, and maple. Semisweet and chocolaty finish with a luscious texture.
