We have proudly stocked J. Lassalle Champagnes since the early 1980s which makes them one of the real OGs of the Grower Champagne movement. Jules Lassalle established his Champagne house during the Second World War in the village of Chigny-Les-Roses on the Montagne de Reims. He soon mastered his craft and developed a strong following for his elegant, tightly knit Champagnes with a certain élan. When he passed away in 1982, his wife, Olga, and their daughter, Chantal Decelle-Lassalle, stepped in and took over the estate, and built upon Jules' high standards. In 2006, Chantal's daughter, Angéline Templier, joined the estate as winemaker. Their tradition of "une femme, un esprit, un style" (one woman, one spirit, one style) holds true today more than ever.
