100% Chardonny drawn predominantly (80%) from the 2017 vintage blended with 20% from a solera reserve that was originally established in 1998. This represents a harmonious marriage of puirty typical of the Cote des Blancs with the gererosity of the Coteaux Sud d'Epernnay. The average of the vines is 40 years. This edition was disgorged in January of 2021 and finished with a dosage of 7 g/l. It makes the perfect apéritif wine, fresh, lifted, chalky, and full of white and yellow orchard fruits.
