Natural Loire producer Domaine de la Grange Tiphaine has ten hectares of vines across two terroirs: Montlouis-sur-Loire and Touraie Amboise. It was created at the end of the 19th century by Alfonse Delecheneau, and has stayed in family hands ever since – now in its fourth generation. Grapes are hand-harvested. Gentle pressing. Natural fermentation. Aged for 3 months on the lees in concrete tanks. Bright, clean, and aromatic, with notes of apple, white flowers and a high energy finish.
