Distlled from their 2011, 2012 and 2013 barley harvests then matured in 29 bourbon barrels and 6 oloroso sherry butts for a minimum of 8 years.
Tasting Notes,
Nose:The result is a dram with an elegant aroma, sweet peat smoke, followed by waves of citrus and honey finishing with notes of vanilla and salted caramel.
Palate: Is boubon driven 100% Islay bed which brings an initial malt driven profile followed by green fruit, apple and pear.
Finsih: With the finish the peat smoke returns and remains on the palate whilst being balanced with a cremy profile and toffee note.
