The 2021 Pickett Road Red is a Petit Verdot-dominated blend that includes 35% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc. It has a big blast of black and blue fruit as well as fresh berry peresrve, spicy French Oak, notes of vanilla bean, and fresh cream. Intense but fine tannins underline tamarind, tart boysenberry, and the finish is extensive. This will age beautifully.
