Picked from Tom Kenefick's best lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is a barrel selection of his two best 3 clones (SEE and ). Three of the best barrels are selected, blended and then flashed in a small amount of new French Oak to add texture and length.
JEB DUNNUCK 93 POINTS - "Still youthful purple/ruby-hued, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Doctor's Cuvee offers a Bordeaux-like nose of blackcurrants, cedarwood, leather, and tobacco, with some subtle floral nuances. Aged 30 months in barrel, it's ripe and full-bodied, has a focused mouthfeel, plenty of tannins, and outstanding length. It benefits from air and has another 20 years of longevity ahead of it. Some of these longer élevages can give me pause, but this is beautifully done. Drink 2025-2045."
