The best Plum Wine we have ever tasted, by far! Kamoizumi Brewery in the Hiroshima prefecture makes this delicious umeshu, a liqueur made by combining sake, ume fruit (similar to plums), and sugar. Best served chilled as an aperitif, or with dessert.
