A blend of 40% Syrah, 30% Petite Sirah, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Grenache from Kamen's certified organic property, black currant and black raspberry notes lead the way with pops of pomegranate, graphite, chocolate and crushed rock. Hints of white pepper, dried wildflowers, crème brûlée and suede leather make an appearance as the wine opens. The 2022 Writers Block is unctuous on the palate with flavors of dark fruits and mocha, and is immediately delicious.
