A 50-50 blend of the Riesling and Welschriesling varieties, hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented and aged in the tank. Apricot blossom, reseda (mignonette), citrus, fine details, a substantial mouthfeel and a clear-cut structure structure. One of the brightest Balaton rieslings we know.
