An ultra-premium artisanal peach liqueur from France — named for juillet, July, the fleeting moment when pêche de vigne peaches are harvested. The "peach of the grapevine" dates to the 18th century, when growers planted peach trees in their vineyards; the small, intensely aromatic fruit with scarlet-blushed flesh is handpicked in the Rhône Valley in late July and delivered to the Bordeaux distillery, where master blender Jean-François Bardou macerates whole peaches in eau-de-vie for up to 5 weeks, adds sugar and 3-year-old French brandy, then blends, decants, and double-filters — 100% natural ingredients, in limited batches.
Nose: Freshly harvested peaches with distinct floral aromas.
Palate: Rich and elegant — intense peach with hints of honeysuckle and vanilla.
