This plot is located at the southern end of Saint-Aubin on the
border of the Grand Cru appellation “Chevalier Montrachet”.
The south-facing plot
was planted in 1988. Sustainably grown.
The colour of Saint Aubin 1er cru Murgers des Dents de Chien is brignt yellow with light green highlights. The minerality dominates with a lot of finesse on the palate and a long and rich finish. This wine can be drunk young but it will be fully reveal itself in 3 to 10 years.
