WINERY NOTES - Sourced from the limestone soils of the Les Creuzettes vineyard, from vines of at least 35 years old. The grapes are hand-picked, pressed and then cold fermented with ageing in stainless steel for 11 months.The nose is bright with aromas of acacia flowers and lemon. Freshly cut white peach, with hints of honey and a delicate creaminess. This is matched beautifully by a lively acidity which lasts right thorugh the long finish.
