Planted in 2011 to six different clones, the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc blends in 24% Sémillon, all fermented and matured in a mix of oak puncheons and stainless steel drums. Scents of passion fruit and guava are joined on the nose by grassy notes and hints of grapefruit, while the medium-bodied palate is plump and rounded, then turns more focused and lean on the finish."
