Single cask rum distilled by Foursquare Rum Distillery in Saint Philip, Barbados, and bottled by Holmes Cay Blend of double retort copper pot still and twin column Coffey still rums distilled from 100% molasses Aged 9 years; aged in Barbados for 8 years in ex-bourbon casks and then aged in New York State for an additional 18 months in second-fill port wine casks Light Christmas spice on the nose with cherry and vanilla on the palate leading to a dry finish of stone fruit and oak No sugar, coloring, or other additives Non-chill filtered; 55% ABV Holmes Cay’s curation of limited, small batch rums continues with this special cask-finished blend of pot and column-distilled rums from the legendary Foursquare Rum Distillery. Initially aged for eight years in ex-bourbon casks in Barbados, the rum was transferred to second-fill port casks in New York for an additional eighteen months of aging, resulting in a harmonious marriage of dried red fruit and baking spice.
