HILD ELBLING BRUT SEKT SPARKLING DRY NV 750ML

Daffodil yellow in the glass, this uncommon variety and tiny production, sparkling Elbling, is downright bouncy and joyful with a fragrant bouquet of elderflower, followed on the palate with lemon, a hint of St. Germain, a note of nectarine, and is utterly tantalizing on the tongue. This sparkling goes through a 21-day cold fermentation in stainless steel. After malolactic fermentation the wine is stored on it's lees for 9-18 months until disgorgement. Dosage is 10-12g/L.
