NOSE: Dutch Apple Pie, toasted brioche, bright baking spices, biscuit notes and ripe tree fruits - apples and pears. Evolves to candied pecans, hints of brown butter, and caramelized orange peel. Bright and complex with gorgeous candied fruit and spice notes.
PALATE: Full and complex, with layers. Rich tree fruit notes throughout - significant apple and pear character - that are balanced with a shortbread cookie and cinnamon spice note. The mouthfeel is big and layered, but finishes very clean and dry - with a slight pipe tobacco note.
