The perfect expression of the fruity and elegant aromas of our Grand-Cru plots in Verzenay and Verzy, this blended Rosé contains 19% of red wine vinified in our cellars for a wine rich in colour and red fruits aromas supported by the legenace of the Grand Cru Chardonnay on pure chalk.
VINOUS 90 POINTS - "(50% Chardonnay from Verzenay and 50% Pinot Noir from Verzy and Verzenay; 8 g/l dosage): Dark, lurid pink. Musky red berries, cherry pit and orange pith on the deeply perfumed nose and in the mouth. Plush and open-knit, with a zesty mineral nuance adding lift and back-end cut. Rich yet lively rosé with good spicy bite on the close. Has the power to stand in for a red wine at the table. Nineteen percent of the Pinot Noir here was still red wine."
