HEIWA TSURU UME KANJUKU PLUM SAKE 720ML

From the rockstar producer Heiwa Shuzo, this plum sake is made of the Nankobai Plum grown in Wakayama. Imagine that a luscious Tokaji wine transformed itself into sake. It has elements of ripe apricot, honey, citron, nectarine, brown sugar and lychee. Sweet but tangy and super easy to drink. The alcohol is a mere 10% so bottoms up! Serve chilled or make a cocktail with ice and seltzer. Pair with Soft cheeses, grilled chicken, sweet and sour pork. It's delicious. We love the fuzzy pink label, too.
