Some like it hot – and so do we. We like to keep things interesting, so in 2016 we decided to dump a whole bunch of chilies into our vodka and see how things turned out. Spoiler alert: it went well. HOW IT'S MADE Seven varieties of organic peppers including habaneros are sourced as locally as possible, then hand-chopped and given a long soak in our Organic Original Vodka. No chili powder or syrups here. HOW IT TASTES Like heat and spice and everything nice. Sweet and savory, the peppers come through strong on the nose and palate but are balanced by a hint of lemongrass on the finish.
