The first white rum to be bottled by Velier from the now-shuttered Renegade Distillery in Grenada. Made from Cain sugarcane grown in Old Bacolet, a windswept coastal farm. Fermented for about 8 days, this was distilled on a pot still. Sugarcane forward, with aromas of green mango, dry hay, green apple, tarragon, white pepper, and cardamom.
