"Almanach n°1" is a light and fresh cuvée signed by Gratiot & Cie, coming from a bigger percentage of Pinot Meunier togheter with Chardonnay. Thanks to a lovely addition of reserve wines and a long rest on the lees of 3 years in bottle, this Brut opens on the nose to intriguing and rich fruity and citrusy aromas with pastry feautures, driving to a subtle, stimulatingly fresh and authentic sip with a nice sapid grip.
