WINERY NOTES - The vineyard is located in the village of Saint-Aubin, above the plot of Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru (south of the Côte de Beaune). Soil: Limestone and some clay. The subsoil is composed of different layers of limestone (pebbles, marl soils). The rock is flush with the soil and forms fangs resembling dog's teeth. Pruning is carried out in Guyot with various green works (disbudding, trellising, topping). A wine with a lot of minerality and freshness. A floral nose. On the palate, we feel a well-integrated acidity and a long finish. A complex and complete wine.
