A coconut liqueur from Maison Giffard of Angers, in France's Loire Valley — founded in 1885 by pharmacist Émile Giffard, inventor of Menthe-Pastille, and still family-run five generations later. Grated coconut flesh is macerated for several days in a neutral sugar-beet spirit base, then assembled, mixed, and filtered — lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan, no preservatives.

Palate: Smooth and nutty, milky but not oily — fresh grated coconut developing with lingering notes of coconut fruit and milk.
