The vines, around 30 years old, are located in the village of Cumières, classified Premier Cru, on the southeast-facing lieux-dits "La Montagne" and "Les Tourne-Midi". The soil is thin and very chalky, with Campanian chalk outcropping at an altitude of 120 meters. The blend is 100% Chardonnay, with a dosage of 4 g/L Extra brut.
The nose presents refined aromas of white fruit, while the attack on the palate is chiselled with a creamy texture. White fruit flavors combine with notes of candied citrus and hazelnut. The finish is long and elegant, with a chalky minerality typical of great Chardonnays. This Champagne goes perfectly with delicate dishes such as langoustines from Guilvinec or old Parmesan cheese.
