The 2025 release of Guadalupe is a bold Texas bourbon that undergoes dual maturation: four years in new American white oak barrels followed by two years in imported tawny port wine casks from Portugal. This process infuses the whiskey with layers of fruit, spice, and sweetness while retaining the robust depth expected from Garrison Brothers. Produced grain-to-glass in Hye, Texas, using a mash bill of 74% corn, 15% soft red winter wheat, and 11% malted barley, only about 8,600 bottles are available, each individually numbered and dipped in copper-colored wax.
