Hawk’s Rock Garavogue 20-Year-Old is a single malt from County Sligo, aged 14 years in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in Muscat, Sauternes, Pedro Ximenez and rum casks. Vanilla, ripe peach and spun sugar lead on the nose, with floral and raisin notes from the finishing casks.
