GANEVAT 2020 ANTIDE SAVAGNIN COTES DE JURA

"Antide" takes its name from the youngest son of Jean-François. This cuvée is the fruit of yellow Savagnin vines aged between 40 and 70 years from different terroirs composed of marl and schist. This grape variety produces very deep juices, preserved by a gentle ageing of 40 months in casks and then in vats for a unique refinement. "Antide" is a rare cuvée that honors the King of the Jura grape variety: Savagnin Jaune. Its formidable depth oscillates between finely oxidative notes and an omnipresent mineral: citron, brioche, roasted almonds, oyster shell and samphire, white pepper and oriental spices. Powerful and unctuous on the palate, great phenolic richness that delivers mineral and finely oxidative flavors. Long and mouth-watering finish.
