A Solera Gran Reserva from the house that created Spanish brandy — Fundador (Pedro Domecq), producing in Jerez since 1874. Aged a minimum of 12 years in the solera system, in casks previously filled with 12-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry wine, giving the brandy its signature richness and depth.
Color: Amber topaz with golden edges, bright and very luminous.
Nose: Great complexity — spicy notes of dried fruits, vanilla sweets, honey, toffee, and noble wood aromas.
Palate: Soft and velvety with unctuousness; round and of quality, with notes of dark chocolate.
Serve: Fresh in a low-cut glass at 10-15°C; pairs with nuts, chocolate desserts, and spicy foods.
