Yamahai method at it's best!! This big, bad, barnyard of a Sake is superb. Lots of earth and game on the nose. Rich flavors of stone fruits, honey, rice, cantaloupe and brown sugar are rolling over the palate. The finish is long, chewy and woodsy with plenty of umami. Serve warm or room temp, & pair with fried foods, Udon, or Korean BBQ. KAMPAI!!
