It has a light gold hue as well as a vibrant nose of crisp orchard fruits, minty flowers, and spice, with subtle, salty mineral nuances emerging with time in the glass. Nicely balanced and medium-bodied, with integrated acidity, it's going to shine on the dinner table and should have a solid 5-7 years of interesting evolution."
