"The Pinot Grigio grapes for this wine come from a single vineyard cultivated with biodynamic principles in Civranetta estate. Only the best bunches for each vintage, handpicked, destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in Italian Terracotta Amphorae. Once the fermentation is finished, the Amphorae are sealed and the wine will mature with its skins, macerating for around 4 months. The wine is racked one month before bottling without any filtration, additives or sulfites. This is why it may contain sediments." - WINERY
