This Blanc de Noirs blend of 59% Pinot Meunier and 41% Pinot Noir drawn from the 2018 (55%) and the 2017 (45%) vintages. It was bottled in February 2019 and disgorged in May 2022 with a dosage of 3 grams per liter.
WINE ENTHUSIAST - The cuvée from this family-owned producer brings together the two red grapes, Pinot Noir and Meunier. That makes for a floral Champagne that emphasizes ripe, textured white fruits, with just a touch of crisp tangy citrus. This young bottling is vibrant and will be better from 2021. — Roger Voss
