This natural "Raw Rose" Pet-Nat (sparkling wine) presented in a 500ml beer bottle gives a bouquet of fresh raspberry and cranberry. On the palate, the whole thing changes towards rhubarb and bright cherry and thanks to the yeast in the pet-nat, a slight vanilla note is added. The whole thing is so tasty that we drank the bottle empty while tasting it without realizing it. No sulphur is added. Just chill and enjoy.
