The variety for Blanc de Morgex & de la Salle wines, which now goes by the standardized name Prié Blanc, makes up this crisp, light-bodied, citrusy and mineral white. Morgex and La Salle are parts of Italy's Valle D'Aosta region just south of Mont Blanc. These are some of Italy's highest altitude vineyards. Outstanding as an aperitif, along with with fish and vegetable dishes. Typically only around 500 cases of this delightful Alpine white wine are made each year.
