UNITED STATES: Middletown, NEW YORK: 8%-ABV, 45-IBU, 10-SRM: Orbital Oasis is our West Coast Style DIPA, made in collaboration with @alvaradostreetbrewery. Using ASB’s recommendations for some process tweaks for this style, we modified the water profile and used a Citra, Strata, and Mosaic hop bill. Aromas of citrus zest and pine lead to crisp flavors of dried orange peel, apricot fruit snacks, and gentle mango papaya with a resinous piney grass and an incredibly drinkable finish.
