EL BANDIDO YANKEE REPOSADO 750ML NOM 1107 | ADDITIVE FREE

Aged for four months in stripped and re-charred American oak bourbon barrels, this 100% Blue Weber Agave reposado is oxygenated and twice-distilled in copper pots, bottled at 40% ABV under NOM 1107. The nose opens with bright citrus and cinnamon over roasted agave, wooden barrel notes settling in underneath. On the palate, that same citrus and cinnamon carry through over baked agave, with subtle oak and vanilla adding real polish. The finish is where it shines, warm agave meeting toasted oak in a refined, gliding structure with herbal and vanilla notes that linger nicely. A well-crafted reposado that shows real balance between fruit, spice, and wood. Additive free.
