A trilateral blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay from old vines situated in the terroir of Trigny in the Massif de Staint Thierry. The vinifications are all made with indigenous yeasts. Aged on the yeast 3 yeaars before disgorgement in July 2025 and finished with a dosage of 2gr/L.
