This has a little more complexity than the Rully Rouge on the nose, a mixture of red and black fruit, hints of potpourri and brown spices. The palate is medium-bodied with white pepper-tinged red fruit, fine grip and a slightly savory finish. This is a charming, personality-filled Mercurey. Excellent."
