This column still rum is a blend of 80% cane juice, 20% molasses distillate. It was distilled and blended at Epris Distillery in 2011 and aged on-site in Brazil for 6 years in Amburana casks. It was then shipped to Europe where it aged for an additional 6 years in American Oaks casks. It was bottled at cask strength in Florida in 2023.
