JOHN GILMAN 94 POINTS - "The 2023 Montée de Tonnerre from Domaine Servin is a simply beautiful young bottle of Chablis! As I have mentioned before, these vines range from thirty-five to more than fifty-fiveyears of age and see no oak during their élevage. The bouquet of the wine is deep, precise and vibrant, wafting from the glass in a blend of fresh lime, pear, wet stone minerality, dried flowers,citrus peel and a touch of anise in the upper register. On the palate the wine is deep, zesty and fullbodied, with an excellent core of fruit, a great spine of acidity, superb mineral drive and cut and along, complex and impeccably balanced finish. This is an outstanding example of this great premier cru terroir and a stunning value! 2025-2055+."
