WINERY NOTES - This Pouilly-Fumé, crafted from Sauvignon Blanc, draws its distinctive character from clay-limestone, flint-clay and Portlandian limestone soils, which lend depth, minerality and complexity.
Aged for six months in stainless-steel vats on fine lees, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, cured salmon and Crottin de Chavignol. It can be enjoyed young or cellared for three to five years to reveal further elegance.
