Domaine Palon is the story of a family heir to the taste of vines and wine. A century of work in the vineyard is done every day with passion by four generations of winegrowers in love with their land.
The property, located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, extends over the appellations of Gigondas and Vacqueyras. The vines are grown using sustainable pest management and the harvest is manual.
