Domaine EdeM was created in honor of Elena Maza, Nicolás Catena’s wife, for whom the family’s first non-alcoholic wine was developed. She was looking for something lighter than traditional wine yet enjoyable as an aperitif before dinner.
This low-alcohol (7% abv) sparkler is a blend of high-altitude Uco Valley high-altitude wine and the fresh juice of Chardonnay grapes. This makes for a clean and refreshing aperitif with notes of green apple, bright citrus, and white flowers, along with hints of baking spice and tropical fruit.
Serve well-chilled!
