DOMAINE DU CARROU 2022 SANCERRE DOMINIQUE ROGER

A perfect balance of vivacity, richness and complexity characterizes this sauvignon, from a great terroir. A subtle vanilla accent is achieved by the introduction of just the right amount of oak. La Jouline is excellent on its own as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to scallops of firm fleshed fish such as turbot and sea bass. With white meats in rich sauces it will really shine and even hold its own with foie gras.
