The Domaine des Croix cultivates four plots of old vines, established between 1955 and 1968, covering a total area of just over one hectare. For the 2022 vintage, 50% of the whole bunches were integrated into the vinification.

The wine is partly destemmed and fermented slowly with a careful extraction to deliver this approachable, moreish result.
