The fourth release in the series, Lúnasa, honours the mythical queen who is said to have sacrificed her life so the land of Ireland could flourish—an enduring symbol of harvest, renewal, and abundance. This vibrant Irish single malt is matured and finished in casks that previously held Widow Jane bourbon, bringing a bold American influence to Dingle’s traditionally fruity, malty character.
