Rita Hills is a beautiful introductory Pinot Noir that should develop nicely over the next 5–7 years. It was entirely destemmed, aged in neutral oak and opens with a perfumed, pretty nose that takes on tobacco and citrus peel accents with aeration. The palate is silky and pure, finishing with bright red fruits and subtly drying, fine-grained tannins."
