What truly distinguishes this edition is its finishing. After Dewar's signature double-aging process, the whisky is extra-matured in hand-selected Napa Valley red-wine casks. This marked Dewar's first whisky finished in casks previously used for non-fortified wine, adding a distinctly Californian accent to its classic Scottish character.
